Wesley E. Myrick, MS, MLS

Wesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University and a Master of Sciences in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Economic Development. Additionally, he holds a Master of Legal Studies from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, with a concentration in Business Law. His career roles include Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Advisor, Board Chair, and Development Chair.

His career contributions to the social sector over the last 15 years were recognized in 2016 as one of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, 30 Under 30 nonprofit leaders. In 2018 he was a finalist for the 40 Under 40 Award from Georgia State University Alumni Association.

Tye N. Tavaras, MA, JM

Tye holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Emory University, a Master of Arts in International Human Rights Law from The American University in Cairo, and a Juris Master focused on International Law from Emory Law School. She served as a contributing writer for Mic and Ramel Media, a study abroad advisor for Emory University and also worked as the resident director in Jordan with the Critical Language Scholarships program.

She was published in the University of Pennsylvania's Journal of Law and Social Change as a co-author of the article "Indiscriminate Power: Racial Profiling and Surveillance Since 9/11". She previously worked for The Carter Center and currently works for Emory University. She has taught and tutored for the LSAT, GRE, and MCAT CARS.

Charles E. Gibson, Ed.S

Charles currently holds ABD status in the higher education Ph.D. program at The Pennsylvania State University (PSU).  He holds a Specialist and Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Appalachian State University. He further holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and English from Wake Forest University. 

Previously, he served as Graduate Assistant, PSU Office of Graduate Educational Equity Programs (2013-2018) and Research Assistant, PSU Center for the Study of Higher Education (2011-2013). He is a past vice president of the PSU Higher Education Student Association (HESA), past president of the PSU Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA), and a past president of the PSU White Course Community Association (WCCA).
